Device name does not appear in bluetooth list


If the barcode scanner has been previously connected to a different device, it can only be connected by this device. For this situation, please scan the HID Mode barcode again. (For HID Mode) In SPP and BLE Modes, Some phone models do not show in the buetooth list, please clear your device's Bluetooth connection history and try again or use our mobile app. IMPORTANT: IOS doesn't support SPP Mode.




I cannot pair my Barcode Scanner with my device


If the barcode scanner has been previously connected to a different device, it can only be connected by this device. For this situation, please scan the HID Mode barcode again. (For HID Mode) SPP Mode requires password before connection, the password is ''1234'' Some Mobile Phones cannot connect in Bluetooth , you can use Generalscan Keyboard Pro




I have connected the connection between the barcode scanner and the device, but I cannot see data


*If the device connected in HID Mode, please open a text box and your data will appear at the tip of the cursor. *SPP Mode requires GS Keyboard Pro or serial interface app or GS SDK Demo, for seeing data please use App *BLE Mode requires GS Keyboard Pro or serial interface app or GS SDK Demo, for seeing data please use App *If bluetooth lost the connection, please connect again.




Output data is abnormal


*HID Mode affected by keyboard, please switch the english keyboard of Mobile Phone. *If some characters are wrong or missing in your output, please use SPP mode, our application supports multiple output languages. *While in HID mode, if your outputs are missing, please try slow scanning. IMPORTANT: If your barcode contains too many characters and you can only display some of these characters, please scan the barcode "any length" of the relevant product under the heading "How can I configure my barcode scanner".
